To reset the Drum Counter on a Brother Printer and resolve the Replace Drum error do the following:


  1. Turn on the Printer.

  2. Open the front cover.

  3. Hold the OK button for 2 seconds.

  4. Press Ok once Drum unit is shown.

  5. Press the up arrow to reset the drum counter.

  6. Close the front cover.
