If you are frequently getting connections errors on your Wi-Fi connection on your laptop/desktop a quick reset of you network adapter might just do the trick.
1. Press the windows key + s and type "Device Manager" in the search box. Select the icon as shown below.
2. In Device Manager locate the Network Adapter section and click the drop down.
3. Now look for a device that will typically have wireless in its name. This will be the device that we will need to reset
4. Now simply right click on the device icon and select the Uninstall Device option, if prompted DO NOT select the check box to delete the driver software. Please note that you will have to sign in once more into your Wi-Fi connection.
5. After this has been completed please wait 30 seconds to a minute and select the Action drop down from the top menu.
6. Now select the "Scan for hardware changes" option and the Wireless device should have reinstalled.
7. We can now simply try and reconnect to our Wi-Fi connection/network.
