Step 1 : Login in to the web Interface.
Step 2 : Go to User Auth/Account Track

Step 3 : Open up User Authentication Settings

Step 4 : Go to User Registration.

Step 5 : Click on new Registration
Step 6 : Input User Details and Input Quota if they have one

Step 7 : Test on the printer if you can login and print.
