To clear sessions when a session is stuck please follow the steps below:

  1. Close Pastel: Ensure all users are logged out and Pastel Partner is closed.
  2. Open Pervasive Monitor on the Server: Launch the Pervasive Monitor tool on the server or installation machine.
  3. Identify Sessions: Locate the active sessions or users in the Pervasive Monitor by clicking on MicroKernal and then active users:
  4. Clear Sessions: Right-click on active sessions and choose "Delete Current User" and confirm.
  5. Test: Open Pastel Partner and confirm that the user can login again.
