To clear sessions when a session is stuck please follow the steps below:
- Close Pastel: Ensure all users are logged out and Pastel Partner is closed.
- Open Pervasive Monitor on the Server: Launch the Pervasive Monitor tool on the server or installation machine.
- Identify Sessions: Locate the active sessions or users in the Pervasive Monitor by clicking on MicroKernal and then active users:
- Clear Sessions: Right-click on active sessions and choose "Delete Current User" and confirm.
- Test: Open Pastel Partner and confirm that the user can login again.
