SAMS DB Compact

How to compact the SAMS Database if it grows to abnormal size:

1. Open your relevant database folder in which the database resides in and double click on the SAMS Database .mdb File
2. 
3. Enter the SAMS database password
4. 
5. Once in the database click on the Database Tools option on the toolbar
6. 
7. Click on Compact and Repair
8. The repair process will now start
9. Once completed (bottom right) you can close Access and the database and verify that the size has reduced
