Open Settings → Connections / Network & Internet → Wi-Fi
Tap the Wi-Fi network name (eg. Company-Wifi)
Fill in the Username and Password as per given to you.
Click on CA Certificate and select the "Don't Validate" or "Trust on First Use " option
Then connect to the Wifi and you will be connected.
