1. Open your Control Panel via either the icon or by holding the windows key + s and typing in Control Panel.
2. Next If your are presented with the categories tab please select the large icon menu by selecting the View by drop down and selecting Large Icons.
3. Now select the Devices and Printers Icon within control panel. From here we will be able to view all the Printers and devices that are connected to the PC/Laptop.
4. Please right click on the printer that is not printing or giving an error. The following menu will then be displayed.
5. From here we are going to select the Troubleshoot option and let windows built in troubleshooter run to completion.
6. This process will check for any issue that the system can find as well as restart and run the Spooler system on the PC/Laptop.
7. When presented with the following options please select the Apply this fix option, and allow the troubleshooter to complete.
8. Alternatively if this issue is related to the device not being able to connected to the printer please restart the device and run steps 1 - 7 once again.
